Brave Spaces are organized promptly after impactful events happen in culture, and when it feels like employees are craving a space for their voices to be heard. A moderator starts the meeting off with a brief introduction on the topic and encourages the group to share their thoughts and feelings. The moderator is prepared with discussion questions, but allows the conversation to flow freely.
