About this tool:

Netflix & Chat is a D&I Council sponsored event where we encourage employees to watch an easily-accessible movie or show on their own, and gather for a 1 hour meeting of enlightening discussion.

How we use it:

Guided by Good hosts several Netflix & Chats each year with themes typically informed by topics in popular culture or annual heritage months. A moderator leads the meeting and establishes that the room is a safe space for uncomfortable conversations, and then asks discussion questions about culture inspired by events in the film.
